Carrot Salad Dressing

Servings:2–3 servings

Recipe:This Heart-oriented dressing is wonderful for Core-based combination. Serve on top of an arugula, chives, celery and cucumber salad.

  • 1 carrot, medium diced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • ½ c. olive oil
  • 4 tsp. tamari soy sauce
  • 7/8 c. water

Put ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
