Avocado Mayonnaise

Servings:3–4 servings


  • 1 avocado
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. dulse flakes
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. agave syrup

Using a blender or food processor, mix the lemon juice with the avocado. Gradually add the other ingredients. Use as a salad dressing, a dip or a spread. Great for snacking!
