Pulse Zones
By Anastasia

Pulse zones are spinning vortexes of energy.

We have seven main energy centers (pulse zones) on our energetic body. Each main center is connected to our being on several different levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. On the physical level each pulse zone governs a main organ or gland, which is then connected to other body parts that resonate with the same frequencies. The pulse zones are constantly spinning, drawing in and interacting with the outside sources of energy, like microwaves, solar energy and other people's vibrations.

The pulse zones are aligned along the spinal column. If there are disturbances on any level, this shows in the pulse zone's vitality level. Each zone is not only associated with our physical health, but also controls aspects connected to our emotional, mental and belief systems.

Sometimes the pulse zones provide an explanation for why we like or dislike a particular person. A large part of human attraction depends on the energetic exchange. They say that when you are in love, your pulse zones spin in one way and your lover's pulse zones spin exactly the opposite way, creating a unique combination that makes you feel elated.

Every organ, gland and body system is connected to a pulse zone and each zone is connected to a color vibration frequency. For example, the heart pulse zone governs the thymus gland and it is also in charge of the functioning of the heart organ, lungs, bronchia system, lymph glands, secondary circulatory system, immune system as well as the arm and hands. And the heart pulse zone resonates to the color green.

When a pulse zone center is out of balance it generally means that it is over-active or under-active, or possibly congested or blocked. If this happens it is usually felt on a mental, emotional or physical level. When a pulse zone is out of sync it may possibly affect its neighboring pulse zone, eventually throwing the whole system out of balance.

When it comes to energy healing it's important to see yourself as a whole: a physical, energy, mental and spiritual being. A low fat diet may make you slimmer, but it's not going to solve your mental problems and a physically great YogaPulse™ session with no spiritual aspect is not going to give you a sense of peace. When one pulse zone is out of balance, it eventually throws off the whole system, creating disturbances in other areas. Disease needs to be traced back to its root and treated as a problem of the whole being, not just something you can put a bandage on or take a pill for.
